Return and Refund Policy

At OMG Kady, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy applies as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging;

  • In the same condition as when you received them.
    1.3. Items that are damaged due to misuse, not in original condition, or returned beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that have been used;

  • Requests to change colours after purchase;

  • Final-sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., personal care items).

3. Exchanges

3.1. You may request an exchange for:

  • A product of the same or higher value (subject to stock availability).

  • If exchanging for a lower-priced product, no refund will be given for the price difference.

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will need to top up the balance amount.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4.2. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5.2. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7–14 working days], subject to your bank or payment provider.
5.3. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
